At En Route Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry back in its original En Route pouch and gift box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
